How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible. The processing time depends on our current workload. Generally, you can expect your order to be ready for pickup within 1 week and delivered within 7-10 days from your purchase. For personalized or custom orders, additional time may be required, and we will communicate the estimated timeline with you by email.

Can I request a custom design?

We love collaborating with our customers to create unique and personalized pieces. For custom orders please email us directly for a quote (quotes will be provided only if we deem the order feasible). In your email, please specify what you’re looking for with as much detail as possible and attach a reference image if available.

Do you ship within Canada?

No. Currently, we only offer pickup and delivery within an 80km radius of Ottawa, ON. However, if you are located outside these regions and are interested in our furniture, please contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with possible options.

What is your return policy?

Although our commitment to high-quality products is unwavering, we understand that occasional defects can happen. That's why we offer a 30-day return or replacement policy for any defective Rascal Roots toddler furniture.
